DESCRIPTION
This modification with a wooden stock instead of a folding stock was
produced
from 1941 to 1942. Could fire single shot, as well as burst. It
was produced
by the Haenel company in Suhl in small series. It was not
officially put in
the German army equipment, and was used by security
service, soldiers of the
SS and also intended for export. With the amount
of 2000 pieces, it was the
most commonly used assault rifle of the army of
the First Slovak Republic
(1939 - 1945).
