DESCRIPTION
The "Dragoon" .44 percussion revolver was used by the US Cavalry, which were therefore called "the dragons". This weapon was designed to solve many problems which were common at the "Walker" model. It was used in the Mexican-American war, and became popular amongst civilians in the years 1850 - 1860 till the end of the American civil war.
